CRITICAL Comply by : Oct 16, 2017 RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed several items in line make table with a temperature above 41 degrees(see temperature log). No temperature log was done for the day to validate time items were placed in unit. Person in charge turned up thermostat dial from 2 to 9.
