Observed the wall on the left side (near restrooms) to be in disrepair at the bottom. Observed water damaged absorbent ceiling tiles in the rear kitchen. Observed cracked/missing floor tile across from the prep sink. Observed a hold in the wall below the prep sink. Observed buildup on the walls around the prep sink. Observed standing water on the floor behind the ice machine. Observed the ceiling to be in disrepair in the back storage room. Observed spillage on the floor below the soda BIBs in the utility room.
