Cooler unplugged and being used to store non-potentially hazardous foods. Establishment should continue to NOT use the unit for potentially hazardous foods until it maintains 41F or below. A service call had already been made. No drain plugs for 3-compartment sink. Advised correction.

Afterward, a concentration of 50ppm was reached. Discussed importance of using test strip to check warewashing machine.
