Scoop was removed. Observed a melted spatula stored in standing water at the grill. Spatula was discarded. Observed ice scoops in the three ice basins at the bar to be stored in-contact with the ice. All scoops were removed. Observed a handle of a spoon inside an avocado cream sauce with only the top half-inch sticking up. Utensil was removed.
