RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION:
OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the main make table drawers unable to hold an ambient temperature of 41F or below. **Establishment is not to use the drawers until repairs have been completed.** Observed ice buildup from the pipes from the condenser in the walk-in freezer and building up on the floor. Observed the sanitizer machine not calibrated correctly to the correct concentration. Manager made sanitizer buckets manually.

Observed employee food that did not belong to store employees stored in the walk-in cooler and above consumer food. Food was discarded.
