OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed that the floor to wall juncture to the right of the oven in the bakery downstairs is coming loose from the wall. Observed that the floor to wall juncture is coming loose from the wall by the left storage rack in front of the Walk-in Freezer downstairs. Observed some missing and loose floor to wall junctures in the hallway by the side exit door by the restrooms upstairs.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed some build up on the floor underneath the stoves upstairs. Observed some dried spillage on the walls in the small hallway leading to the stairs downstairs. Observed one of the ceiling tiles by the dishwasher upstairs is hanging down. Observed excessive build up on the floor underneath the four compartment sink at the upstairs bar. Observed a section of wall paneling is loose underneath the large dishwasher upstairs. Observed some dust build up on the ceiling by the large dishwasher upstairs. Observed that the entire counter in the serves area upstairs is in disrepair. Observed excessive build up underneath the spiral stairs in the stair well leading to the roof. Observed excessive grease build up on the ceiling above the ovens in the Bakery downstairs. Observed some grease and build up on the wall and floor behind the ovens in the bakery downstairs. Observed a cracked wall and hole in the wall behind the storage racks by the side table in the Bakery downstairs. Observed some dirt build up on the floor in the mop sink basin. Observed a hole in the wall underneath the wall air conditioner in the back liquor room downstairs. Observed a section of ceiling that is hanging in the back liquor room downstairs. Observed grease build up on the walls surrounding the grease cans in the downstairs laundry room. Observed some build up on the floor surrounding the floor drain and blue lockers in the laundry room. Observed a cracked floor tile in the back liquor room downstairs. Observed numerous cracked and missing floor tiles in different areas throughout the upstairs and downstairs prep areas. Observed several holes in the walls in different areas throughout the upstairs and downstairs storage and prep areas. Observed some missing floor tiles in the Wine Room downstairs. Observed that the metallic wall in the Wine room downstairs is chipping.

Observed some build up on the surface below the open flame grill in the Bakery downstairs. Observed some dried food build up on the back of the handles of Make Table Cooler 1 and Make Table Cooler 2. Observed some dust build up on the fan guard in the Display Cooler by the True Reach-in Cooler upstairs. Observed some dried build up on the inside of the grey servers cooler in the banquet area downstairs. Observed some drink spillage in the beer cooler in the bar area in the banquet downstairs.

Observed a scoop with no handle being stored in the Red Sauce container in the Produce Walk-in Cooler.
