OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed foods in upstairs pantry cooler were not holding temperatures of 41F or lower. Per manager, foods are brought from downstairs walk in cooler and are out for approximately 30 or so minutes before placing into pantry make table. Temperatures suggest foods had been out for possibly longer than 30 minutes, but nothing to suggest for an extensive amount of time. Food temperatures in make cooler were below 41F. Observed foods and ambient temperature of downstairs grill reach in cooler were not maintaining temperatures of 41F or lower. Per employee, foods had been in cooler since last night. Foods discarded by employees.
