The general manager stated that the he had to reset the tankless water heater to get the water temperature to reach at least 100F or higher. General manager reset the water heater and hot water was available except at the staff restroom handsink (see temp log).

Observed tongs hanging on top of the heat lamps near the front fryer station.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: General manager stated that the tankless water heater has to be reset weekly to continue to provide hot water and that the water heater had not been reset this week. Sinks available for handwashing and warewashing in the kitchen did not have hot water available until the tank was reset. See temp log. The front of house manager/bar manager stated that the handsink at the bar was not a handsink and was directing employees to use a handsink that was out of order. Discussed with the manager and kitchen manager.
