CRITICAL Corrected On Site RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed open package of sliced cheese in the grill make table cooler with cheese slices lying on the bottom of the cooler. Person in charge discarded contaminated cheese sliced and wrapped cheese container to prevent contamination.

Employee stated it is used for making oatmeal and discarded the bottle of milk. Observed box of cheese setting on counter in front of cheese cooler. Employee moved box to cooler.
