Observed dried food build up on the sides of the Make Table Coolers were the trash cans are being stored. Observed grease build up on the sides of the fryers and also on the pipes running to the fryers. Observed some build up in the door seals of some of the Make Table Coolers. Observed some build up in the bottom of the wine storage cooler at the bar. Observed some glass and debris build up in the bottom of the keg cooler at the bar.
