OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the small make table not holding an ambient temperature of 41F or below. Employees removed all potentially hazardous foods. Facility is not allowed to utilize the make table until the necessary repairs/service has been made, and ambient temperature of the make table continuously remains under 41F degrees, even during peak hours. Observed lower black reach in cooler at pasta prep area not holding an internal temperature of 41F or below. Employees removed all potentially hazardous foods.
