RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION:
OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Upon testing the three compartment sink, the floor drain overflowed with water. The person in charge cleaned out the grease trap at the time of inspection and the drainage was retested without overflowing on the first try and then overflowing on the second and subsequent tests. The grease trap is filling with water and not draining quickly enough which is backing up water onto the floor at the floor drain. Observed leak from drain line underneath the three compartment sink.
