OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed several foods in all coolers that were not covered. Observed raw chicken thawing in three vat sink, directly next to raw pork, to where water was splashing from raw chicken onto raw pork. Raw pork denatured and discarded by manager.
