OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed employee at pizza make station prepare sanitizer and not wash hands before returning to food service. Discussed and employee properly washed hands. Observed employee at sandwich make station prepare sanitizer and put on gloves without washing hands. Discussed and employee properly washed hands. Observed several employees throughout inspection change tasks between food service and did not wash hands.
