OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a R.O.P. pulled pork in main walk in cooler and multiple frozen meats in walk in freezer that were R.O.P. and establishment does not have an approved variance from the Health Department to cryovac foods. All foods and cryovac machine removed from premises at time of inspection.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed dust build up on ceiling in ware washing area. Observed dust build up on ceiling and ceiling vent in dry foods storage area, above grain bins and above chocolate syrup/bottled juice. Observed ceiling tile above and left of fryers in disrepair. Observed mold build up on wall around sprayer sink and ware washing machine drain boards. Observed residue build up on wall below sprayer sink. Observed grains debris build up on floor below dry foods storage shelves. Observed employee restroom floor to be kept unclean. Observed mold build up on beer walk in cooler ceiling and condenser unit. Observed standing liquid on floor below far left main bar ice wells.
