Observed fried chicken container with no date marking at walk-in cooler. Person in Charge dated fried chicken container, fried chicken prepared 1 day prior. Observed chicken fried steak, turkey cubes, and sliced tomatoes, white gravy, mash potatoes, and spanish rice at walk-in cooler with no date marking. Person in Charge discarded items unable to provide when items were prepared.
