OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed some macaroni in the Steam Well that was being held out of temperature. Food was allowed to be reheated since the manager stated that it was not being held out of temperature for more than four hours. Food is in the temperature section and notated with a double *.
