OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a consistent leak into a bus tub from plumbing below middle basin of three vat sink. Observed an excessive back up in third basin of three vat sink during three sink drain test, and to where all three sinks took approximately 5-10 minutes to drain.

Observed left wall, in front of mop sink is in disrepair. Observed excessive debris build up on walk in cooler vent guards.
