OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed greast/ trash/ food debris build up inside the table in between the fryer and the left side grill. (fries and bacon are kept on top) Observed black build up on the fan guard inside the reach in freezer at cookline. Oberved food debris and spillage on the bottom of the reach in freezer at cookline. Observed food debris and build up on the left side make table doors (inside and outside). Observed food debris and build up in the gaskets of the left side make table doors. Observed heavy food spillage and build up on the inside of the right, stand up reach in cooler at the cookilne, especially on the wire racks and inside of doorway. Observed food build up inside the gaskets of the right, stand up reach in cooler. Observed build up and spillage on the outside of all the dry storage containers, across from the grill in the back kitchen. (salt, powder sugar, salt, brown sugar, etc...) Observed grease build up and cookline equipment through out.
