CRITICAL Corrected On Site RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed ham and liquid egg in low make table cooler held above proper cold holding temperatures of 41F or below. PIC discarded product held above proper cold holding temperatures.
