Discussed proper hand washing procedures with owner.

Observed pans of raw frozen chicken stored on top of buckets of sweet & sour sauce in equipment storage room. Chicken restored by owner. Observed raw frozen chicken stored above cooked pork in walk in freezer. Chicken restored by owner. Observed raw frozen chicken stored on top of cooked chicken in walk in freezer. Observed 4 tubs of raw beef on prep table that were not maintaining temperatures of 41F or lower. Ice added to tubs to properly cool beef. Observed noodles in prep cooler were not maintaining temperatures of 41F or lower. Prep cooler is not in operating order and not keeping temperatures of 41F or lower. Temperatures suggest noodles had been in cooler for an extended period of time. Noodles discarded.
