OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed multiple foods and initial ambient temperature of walk in cooler were not maintaining temperatures of 41F or lower. All PHF's discarded at time of inspection, except for foods that were brought in today. Temperature dial adjusted and temperature went down to 37-40F.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a back up in third basin of three vat sink during three sink drain test and to where all three sinks took several minutes to drain. Observed floor drain back up during three sink drain test, to where waste water spread out onto floor. Establishment has a ware washing machine that is properly sanitizing.
