OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed all quat sanitizer buckets made up in the facility used for wiping down food contact surfaces to be low. Buckets tested between 0-100ppm. Technician arrived at time of inspection. Wall unit was re-calibrated to dispense sanitizer at 275ppm quat. All sanitizer buckets re-made. Observed mechanical dish machine to have chlorine concentration of 10ppm. Technician arrived on site during inspection. Concentration increased to 50ppm chlorine.
