OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed excessive dust build up on some of the walls and ceilings in the back store room by the Walk-in Coolers. Observed some dust build up on the wall, ceiling and pipe by the furnace in the kitchen. Observed numerous old bottle caps and some build up on the floors throughout the bar. Observed excessive build up on the low walls underneath the dishwasher. Observed some dried food build up on the wall above the back prep table and other areas in the kitchen. Observed build up in the dump sink at the bar. Observed some mold build up on the top edge above the door in the Walk-in Cooler by the plastic hanging flaps. Observed some debris on the floor in the Walk-in Freezer.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed excessive black build up on the blade of the table can opener. Employee had the table can opener washed. Observed black build up on the ceiling inside of the large ice machine and also on the metal shield. Employee covered the ice and wiped off the build up. Observed excessive build up on all of the beer spouts behind the bar. Employee cleaned off all of the build up. Observed excessive black build up on the top edges of one of the ice bins behind the bar and the black build up was leaking down in to the ice. Employee discarded the ice and cleaned out the build up.
