OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the dish washer to not wash his hands between handling dirty dishes and clean dishes. PIC explained to staff and he washed his hands. Observed the grill staff to use a towel to wipe his face and not wash hands before handling food. PIC discussed proper hand washing. Expediting staff used a common cloth to wipe hands and did not wash before handling food again. Handouts in Spanish and English were given.
