Observed a dead mouse with excessive dead insects in trap on floor below tubs, to left of hand sink in upstairs storage room. Observed a trap with a dying roach on floor behind and below right end of mini make table/cooler.

Observed employee rinse blender container and then put up on shelf to air dry without sanitizing container. Discussed proper wash, rinse and sanitize steps. Container properly washed, rinsed and sanitized.
