OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the north and south back bar handwashing sinks with perforated containers stored in the basins. Observed the south server station handwashing sink being used as a dump sink. Person in charge cleared and cleaned all aforementioned basins at the time of inspection.

Observed stained ceiling tiles throughout kitchen, prep, and ware-washing areas. Observed dust build-up on ceiling vents and grates throughout the establishment. Observed standing water under the north counter of the Live bar.
