Person in charge stated the food had been on the table less than 4 hours and was moved to a cooler. Observed yogurt, rice pudding, feta cheese, mayo, gyro meat, and dressing in the prep reach-in cooler with internal temperatures above 41F. Person in charge stated the food had been in the cooler overnight and was discarded (see general comments for full list).
