CRITICAL Corrected On Site RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed milk in the Hoshizaki reach-in cooler at the server station to have an internal temperature above 41F. Person in charge determined that milk was used for employee coffee but unknown how long milk was left out. Milk was discarded.
