OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed 2 containers of steak soup and 2 containers of potato soup not cooled down in allotted time frame of 2 hours. Person In Charge instructed employee to reheat soups back to 165 degrees, items out less than 4 hours. Discussed with Person In Charge placing containers in ice and placing in walk-in cooler.
