Observed missing ceiling tiles in the hallway in front of the restrooms. Observed buildup in the following locations: -on the wall above the dish machine -on the wall above the three-compartment sink -on the wall near the swinging doors from kitchen to hallway -on the floor below the three-compartment sink, especially the drain cover. Observed dust buildup on the ceiling vents throughout the kitchen. Observed door frame missing from the door for the storage/office area.
