Observed a pig's foot stored on the floor in the walk in freezer. Observed unpackaged meat stored directly on the shelf racks of the walk in freezer. Observed produce stored on the floor in back storage room. Person in charge moved produce to a shelf. Observed bags of flour and dry goods stored open in original bags in the basement under the table near the stairs. Observed open container of corn meal in the basement to be contaminated with debris. Person in charge discarded corn meal. Observed storage in basement next to mechanical equipment, under exposed ceiling, exposed electrical wires and unshielded light bulbs.
