OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed mouse droppings on the floor in the following locations: -in the corner and below shelving of the storage room by the dish machine/flat top grill, -in the corner on the floor by the upstairs walk-in cooler, -in the corner on the floor of the mop closet, -on the floor behind the double oven/broiler in the deli area, -on the floor in the stairwell storage closet, -on the floor throughout the basement. Observed ants around the rodent trap in the basement at the back of the basement walk-in cooler.
