OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed kitchen employee wash hands for less than 20 seconds and turn off faucets with bare hands. Observed front service employee put soap in hand and lather for a few seconds, turn on hand sink faucets and immediately rinse soap off of hands, turn off faucets with bare hands and then dry hands. Discussed proper hand washing procedures with staff.
