Discussed routine pest control services. Establishment should increase frequency and integrate different methods when evidence of pests is observed and especially after seeing any live activity.
Person in Charge stated they observed a live mouse in the basement office recently.
Person in Charge provided Pest Control invoice dates from10-13-14; 11-13-14; and 12-11-14. The actual invoice was not available as it was sent to the corporate office.
Discussed reviewing pest control invoices to see what pests were treated for and other additional information important for sanitation.
Inspector had staff begin to clean evidence of pests.
