OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed temperatures in the right side make table reach-in cooler to be holding around 43 to 46 degrees. Person in charge adjusted temperature dial on machine and ambient temperatures taken later were at 43-44 degrees. Person in charge discarded potentially hazardous food items in this cooler and relocated other items to other coolers and will have it serviced.

RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: Provide handwashing signage at all handsinks and handwashing lavatories used by food employees and that are clearly visible to food employees.
OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: No handwashing signage was present in the men's and women's restrooms. Person in charge placed signs in both restrooms at the time of inspection.

Inspector provided copies of KCMO employee health policy guidelines and reporting agreement forms and discussed having employees sign copies and incorporating guidelines into their policy.

RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION:
OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed right side make table ambient temperatures above 41 degrees and food temperatures above 41 degrees. Observed soda machine to have a leak from tubing. Person in charge stated that they have already called for service and are waiting on a repairman. Observed walk-in freezer to have ice buildup all along the door seals so that door is not able to function properly without chipping off ice. Walk-in freezer also has a buildup of ice in a pile on the floor as if it is dripping down in one spot from the condenser area.
