OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a dead rodent behind the upstairs bunker #3. Person in charge removed and discarded rodent at the time of inspection. Person in charge provided the most recent pest control invoice by Blue Beetle Pest Control, performed on 1/27/23.
