OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a cut tomato in the McCall reach-in cooler that the PIC stated was purchased at a farmers market then taken home and subsequently brought into the establishment for consumer use the same day as the inspection. PIC removed the tomato from the cooler and segregated with employee use only foods.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the dish machine not to be sanitizing at a proper concentration for bleach (<50ppm). A service call was placed at the time of inspection and service company arrived on-site. The tubes for the sanitizer lines were changed and dish machine was primed and sanitizing at 100ppm by the end of the inspection.
