Ceiling tiles above three compartment sink have peeling paint hanging down. Ceiling tiles above soda syrup bag in box system is falling down. Observed excessive standing water on the floor in the back kitchen area, warewashing area, storage room, and employee break room. Observed dust buildup on kitchen ceiling vents. Observed black buildup on wall above three compartment sink. Observed hole in the wall near floor/wall juncture in the corner by grease trap. Observed cracked wall/coving tiles in the corner by grease trap. Observed peeling paint on walls in back kitchen area around back door.
