Observed food splatter along the back right ceiling tiles/wall in the ware washing area. Observed heavy black food/grease build up on the wall above the right side deep fryer on the cooks line. ***Violation will be assessed in 3-10 business days.*** Observed HEAVY grease and food debris build up under all cooking equipment on the cooks line. ***Violation will be assessed in 3-10 business days.*** Observed grease build up on the floor of the basement near the floor drain to the right of the ice machine. ***VIOLATION will be assessed in 3-10 business days.*** Observed the floor to the kitchen to the upper right of the ice machine to be damaged/stained/leaking grease/cracked/rotted/in disrepair. ***VIOLATION will be assessed in 3-10 business days.*** Observed rotted wooden pieces/chips from the floor above the entrance in the basement. Observed a hole access to the outside to the upper left upon entering the basement. Observed concrete dust/rubble/rocks throughout the basement/foundation of basement. Observed debris/build up under the storage shelving in the back hallway. Observed the walls of the keg walk in cooler to have excessive black/white/pink build up. Observed the door frame to the keg walk in cooler to have black/white/pink build up. Observed damaged floor tile in the middle of the ware washing area. Observed damaged floor tile in front of reach in cooler along far back wall in 3 compartment sink area. Observed damaged floor tile below the sliding door reach in cooler across from the 3 compartment sink. Observed build up on the ceiling vent of the women's restroom. Observed no vent cover and dust build up on the ceiling vent of the mens restroom. Observed build up on the floor under the 4 compartment sink at the bar. Observed the mop sink to be stored on exposed broken wooden shelving. Observed build up on the steps of the stairs leading to the basement. Observed build up on the floor under the sliding door reach in cooler in front of the deep fryers. Observed the metal floor in the kitchen not sealed or flush allowing grease to seep through and damaged the flooring underneath. Observed a hole in the metal floor in the middle of the kitchen. Observed the wall to the lower left of the 3 compartment sink to be damaged and exposing wooden studs behind.
