OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed sliced tomatotes and sour cream on the left make table to have internal temperatures above 41F. Cook stated the items were on the table from the night before. Food items were discarded. Observed pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, tomatoes, and beef with internal temperatures above 41F at the pizza make table (right side make table). Cook stated the food items were not put on the make table the day of the inspection and were from the night before. Food items were discarded.
