Person in charge made a new container of water and placed on the grill to reach a temperature of 135*degrees and above for utensils at the time of inspection. Observed utensils stored in a container of sanitizer in-between uses by the stove top. Person in charge removed utensils to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Observed a peeler and fruit squeezer stored in-between uses on top of the encased soda lines to the right of the ice bin at the bar. Person in charge removed both utensils to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized a the time of inspection.
