OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Chicken, beef, shrimp, eggs, noodles, and tofu not cold holding at or below 41F at make table. Chicken, beef, shrimp and noodles prepared within 3 hours and placed in walk in cooler. Eggs were discarded. Tofu was just brought in from order within 1 hour and was removed and placed in walk in cooler.
