OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed some build up on the floors underneath some of the storage racks in the Dry Storage room. Observed that the tiles on the ledge by the mop sink are broken. Observed missing floor grout between numerous floor tiles throughout the entire facility. Observed some build up on the walls by the three compartment sink. Observed excessive build up on the low wall underneath the sprayer sink in the dishwashing area. Observed build up on the wall behind the dishwasher. Observed some broken floor tiles underneath the dishwashing area. Observed that the wall to the right of the three compartment sink is chipping and has large divots in it. Observed some build up on the floor in the bar behind some of the equipment. Observed some molded standing water on the floor in the bar by the floor drain.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed some mold build up on the wall in the ice bin in the servers area. Employee burned out the ice and cleaned out the mold. Observed excessive mold around the surfaces of the soda nozzles on the soda dispensing machine in the servers area. Employee cleaned off the mold build up. Observed some food build up on some of the plates on the counter at the bar. Manager removed the plates and had them washed. Observed dried food build up on some of the Ramekins in the Expo Entrée Make Table Cooler. Manager removed the Ramekins from the Make Table Cooler. Observed dried food build up on some of the Ramekins in the tubs on the dish rack by the dish washing area. Manager removed the Ramekins. Observed some build up on the surface above the coffee filter holder on the coffee machine in the servers area. Employee cleaned off the build up.
