OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the following time/temperature control foods in right make table cold well to be above 41F for less than 4hr (see temp log): chopped tomatoes, cheddar cheese, mayo. Person in charge moved the mentioned items into the walk in cooler to reach 41F at time of inspection.
