OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the pizza make table reach-in cooler unable to hold an ambient temperature of 41F or below (see temp log). Technician on-site stated a repair request was put in for the make table, but it was still in-use with PHF foods. Foods in the reach-in cooler were melted and wilted. Foods were discarded.
