OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the grease trap in the kitchen to leak water and grease durring the 3 compartment sink test. PIC was instraucted not to use sinks until repair is made. Dishwasher is working properly.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the sliding glass standup cooler to not be holding food at the proper temp of 41 or below. PHF was removed from the cooler and discarded. Observed the standup freezer in the basement to not be keeping the frozen food completely solid. PIC moved all frozen food to a freezer that was working properly.
