OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed chlorine sanitizer in dishwasher to be below 50ppm. Further observation found that there was no detergent in dishwasher. Person in charge made a service call to dishwasher company for service and is adviced to use 3 compartment sink until dishmachine service has been complete.
