Cheese is listed in the temperature section and notated with a double *. Observed a small pan of mayo in the Walk-in Cooler that was being held out of temperature. OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed excessive gnats by the floor drain in the laundry area downstairs. Observed excessive gnats around the suck pump area downstairs. Observed excessive gnats by the floor drain by the three compartment sink downstairs. Observed several flies throughout downstairs and on boxes of food containers.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed some raw chicken being stored above milk in the Walk-in Cooler. Manager stored the milk away from the raw chicken. Observed some boxes of raw bacon being stored above a container of pickles in the Walk-in Cooler. Manager stored the pickles away from the raw bacon.
