OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the make table refrigerator not holding an ambient temperature of 41F or below. *****Establishment is not allowed to use equipment until proper service/repair has been made. Confirmation of service invoice will be required to be submitted at the time of re-inspection. Once repairs have been made, establishment is required to email inspector temperature logs every day that show the ambient temperature of the equipment at the top and at the bottom. Inspector will notify establishment when requirement is no longer necessary*****
